About Us

We specialise in the people aspects of creating high performance businesses, particularly at critical moments for our clients.

That can be through leadership coaching, organisational redesigns, talent development and high potential programmes, and, of course, sourcing external talent to supplement existing teams.

The SANDPartners philosophy is based on compassion, collaboration, detailed research, incisive strategy, and resilient execution, all of which leads to highly effective solutions.

Our multinational team consists of experienced and international professionals with backgrounds in research, consulting, Human Resources and psychology.

Clients include non-executive board directors, Chief Executives, and their teams in firms ranging from start-ups to FTSE 100s.

Values that matter to us:

  • Excellence in everything we do.
  • Transparency, integrity, honesty.
  • A individual process that suits you, not us.
